Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Pitcharium ("we") runs the website pitcharium.com and the Pitcharium app for iPhone. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
On the website
We do not require an account and we do not sell personal data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views.
In the app
Push notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device push token and the teams and alerts you choose (for example "goals for my team") so our server can notify you. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
Followed teams: the teams and competitions you follow are stored to personalise the app and your alerts. We do not ask for passwords or payment details.
Subscriptions: payments are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple, not your card details.
How we use data
Only to provide the service: show football data, send the alerts you asked for, unlock VIP features and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising, and there are no ads in Pitcharium.
Third parties
Football data comes from a licensed football data provider; your personal data is not sent to them. Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (network and security), Contabo (servers), Apple (payments and push delivery).
Retention and deletion
Followed teams and alert data is kept while you use the app. Deleting the app stops notifications; to delete stored data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
