These terms apply to pitcharium.com and the Pitcharium iPhone app. By using them you agree to these terms.

Information only

Pitcharium shows football data: scores, fixtures, tables, match statistics and charts built from them. It contains no betting tips, odds or predictions, and nothing on Pitcharium is advice to place a bet.

Data accuracy

We source data from third parties and refresh it frequently, but scores, alerts and other data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

VIP subscription

VIP is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or monthly at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Features included in VIP may change over time as we add or replace data sources.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or republish our data, overload the service, or try to bypass VIP access controls.

Names and crests

Club names and crests belong to their clubs, and competition names to their organisers. They are shown to identify teams and competitions. Pitcharium is not affiliated with any club, league or federation.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service or from reliance on its data.
