Nottingham Forest have not scored at the City Ground in the 2026-27 season, and they are one of only five top-flight clubs in English football history to fail to find the net in their first four home league matches. Three of the four clubs before them also went blank in their fifth game. Oliver Glasner's side face Manchester City at the City Ground on Saturday, with City seeking a win after two consecutive league defeats. Forest also failed to score in a Carabao Cup home match against Leeds, and have taken 70 shots across all competitions without a home goal. Their goal problems were evident before Glasner's arrival.

Why it mattersForest sit 19th with six points from nine, and their home drought now stretches to four league games against Manchester City on Saturday, with 70 shots and no goal at the City Ground.
